Introduction
By accessing and using QARS.qa, you agree to comply with these Terms. These apply to all users, including vendors and customers.
Eligibility
Use of QARS is restricted to individuals aged 18 or older.
Our Role
QARS operates as an online marketplace for automotive products. We facilitate transactions but are not the manufacturer or direct seller.
Vendor & Customer Responsibilities
- Vendors must ensure authenticity and legality of products.
- Customers must provide accurate information and use products correctly.
Ordering & Payment
Payments are processed through QARS via approved electronic methods. No cash handling is permitted.
Delivery
Handled by third-party couriers. QARS assists with disputes but is not liable for delays or damages.
Returns & Refunds
All return requests are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Disputes
All disputes shall be governed by Qatari law and resolved amicably before arbitration or court proceedings.

Vendor Agreement

Scope of Services
QARS provides a platform for vendors to sell auto parts and accessories. Vendors must comply with all Qatari laws and regulations.
Prohibited Items
Illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or restricted products are strictly forbidden. QARS reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts.
Payments
- Standard commission: 20%
- After 5 orders: 18%
- After 20 orders: 16%
- After 50 orders: 14%
Payments are issued bi-weekly via bank transfer.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Ensure products are genuine and accurately described.
- Stay responsive and update inventory promptly.
- Refrain from direct communication with customers.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days’ notice. QARS may suspend vendors for violations or low performance.
Vendor Policy
This applies to individual sellers listing items on QARS. Independent sellers must follow the same quality, communication, and delivery standards as vendors.
Commission rates and delivery procedures are identical to vendor agreements unless otherwise stated in writing.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility
- Request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Electrical products are non-returnable except for manufacturer defects.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after vendor confirmation.
Special Circumstances
- Duplicate payment due to system error.
- Item not delivered within 14 days of invoice date.
- QARS may issue refunds at its discretion to ensure satisfaction.
Compliance
In accordance with Qatari Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 2008), defective or counterfeit products qualify for refund, repair, or replacement.
